To start the year right, AFPEBSO conducted a two-day training on Customer Service skills for its entire staff. This was spearheaded by Ms. Rory A. Sugay, the Chairman and Managing Director of Winfield International Training and Consultancy, Inc. last Jan. 31 to Feb. 1, 2013 at the AFPEBSO Conference Room.

The theme of the two-day training was “Aligning with The Company Standards.” AFPEBSO management officers also actively participated with the activities, led by Ltc. Manuel V. Sequitin, the General Manager.

Other training programs are lined up in the coming months as a means for recognizing the importance of further sharpening the staff’s personal skills and improving different aspects of office policies, to strengthen the commitment of delivering quality service, thus, “Leaving no Soldier’s Orphan Behind.”
